This could eventually be an alternative (or addon) to paint. Line the walls in your house with it, if you want your bedroom to be green with black stripes one day, you can just press a few buttons. Have it installed over your car and you could change the color and design any time you want in seconds.

That's beside the point. I bet one point in the future it will probably become a standard in some way, shape or form. Granted, the paint on the car will be a little far, I'm sure it will work in a similar way if you want to change the color of it. Granted, the law will have to bend with it.

Erm, I think the fact that it's as thin as paper is the more amazing aspect, rather than it being flexible.
