I just saw 28 weeks later...i'm speechless!

seriously was the director on drugs or something?

this movie was so great at times i literally had an elevated heart rate.

but i can't believe how utterly imbecilic, unoriginal and downright piss some plot twists and scenes were.

1. how the outbreak happened again was just so stupid and unbelievable on so many levels. ****...that literally ruined the extreme potential enjoyability the movie had.

2. some scenes were absolutely thrilling and awesome...i just can't believe how the director came up with the others. i was seriously WTF man, stop ruining the movie!!!

3. realism was at times stunning and pristine...the other times realism just went to take a dump

4. some characters really shouldn't be allowed to act, or at least they should be supervised

i could go on and on...did the movie had two directors or something?
or the director believes in jing/jang shit (awesome/retarded)

at times i'd give the movie 9.8 out of 10, the other times i divided by 0

i'd just like to add in for all zombie movies in general:

-who the **** was the idiot who invented fast zombies? the guy should burn. i like my zombies slow or at least fast walking and en'mass

-zombies shouldn't have very much intelligence

-you don't become a zombie faster than a Meclaren F1 needs from 0 to 100kph (3 seconds), thats downright retarded

1. Have you seen 28 days later?

2. Watch it. It's much better than 28 weeks later.

Also, there's nothing wrong with fast zombies. An ideal disease would be one which caused their hosts to run around like madmen, not shamble like idiots. Slow zombies are not scary. What is preventing zombies from having any intelligence? The rage virus simply makes them insane and causes them to want to kill everything in sight and infect it. Ideally, such parasite or virus would leave the person's rational mental faculties intact, allowing them to more easily seek out and kill their prey.

It's called the Rage virus, not the "Shuffle around like a comatose idiot" virus. Fast zombies are infinitely better than slow zombies. Any movie with slow zombies is a comedy movie.

i've seen 28 days later..it was good...but i like the settings of the second one better. 28 weeks later was a good contender for my top something list, but i'm just too insulted by some stuff that was in.

i do agree that fast zombies can be cool...but in the "28 xyz" series they just look wrong.
especially that 3 seconds incubation time.
i say zombies should be somewhat slower...like slow run...and definitely not too intelligent. their strength also is just impossible (in 28 xyz), you can't break down a blinded garage door with just a hit with your hands no matter how enraged you are it's physically impossible.
