I'm looking to get a new soundcard and I have been looking at the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. They are currently out of stock at Newegg. So I checked out the TB Catalina and found out that there is an instant rebate for OEM purchase.
I was wondering if any of you audio guru's know what the difference is between the Catalina and the Santa Cruz in terms of audio quality and such.

P.S. I'm planning on supplementing my new card with a 5.1 speaker setup so the number of channels really doesn't matter much to me.
