Sound Problem Help

At the end of the game where that ghost speaks to u his mouth moves but no words come out
so i have no idea wtf happens in the end he starts speaking after about 15 secs thought
please help

not really i can never hear people talking when they r on the tv like when one main character is spaeking to another through a webcam tv kinda thing i cant hear radio voices on it 2 well either.
also please post wat half life 1 is about cause i hve no idea
