Sound problems, it's too low!

This started happening the other day for no real reason, my sounds are extremly low. Everything but movies, those will blow my ears out, same with TS if I try it cranked up, which is what I need to do to be able to hear anything else. :[ Im using Senomfgwhatevers PC150 headphones, all my sound options are maxed, I dont understand. :[ Any ideas, I can barely hear anything in games.

maybe you blew the 'phones, by turning it up to loud in the first place?

Edit:nvm (saw what u said about movies being loud) i dont know
