sounds dead

hey guys wassup jus need a lil advice on what my problem could be

basically im playing css and all of a sudden my sound just goes uber quiet

now im using headphones and i have like 3 or 4 sets tried them all and its the same, uber quietness

i seriously doubt its my soundcard as its a new comp, prolly just overlooked some settings

any ideas?
