I'm sorry if this has been earlier, but in your "Play Games" menu, you can choose "Source Dedicated Server".

I noticed that too, but didn't paid much attention too it because without any client program I can't do anything with it.

Its so you can host CS:S (at the moment) servers on your pc. It will probs allow for mods of HL2 aswel when they're out.

i havent really even realized that i had dedicated servers thing. i just make sure its updated
