Cartman is unable to wait the three weeks until the Nintendo Wii comes out, and spends his time mindlessly pacing in front of the store, and the rest of his time asking how long until it comes out, at intervals of about five seconds. ("It's like waiting for Christmas...times a thousand.") Unable to wait any longer, he decides to go into suspended animation and get unfrozen as soon as the Wii comes out.
Cartman manages to freeze himself in the mountains, but an avalanche covers his body, and he remains hidden for 540 years. Finally he is unfrozen, and despite his loved ones being dead, is most upset that the future people do not have a Nintendo Wii.
Great episode (and the first one I have actually seen).

[Cartman is pacing outside of EV Games, covered in signs for the Nintendo Wii.]
Cartman: C'mon. C'mon! For the love of God, how much longer?!
[Cartman's mother shows up.]
Mrs. Cartman: There you are Eric, what are you doing here?
Cartman: I'm waiting for the new Nintendo Wii to come out.
Mrs. Cartman: When does it come out?
Cartman: Three weeks... c'mon. C'mon!
Mrs. Cartman: It's time for school.
[She tries to grab him and drag him away, but he breaks free.]
Cartman: No, Mom, you don't understand! I've been waiting for this thing to come out for months, and now every day time is slowing down. It's like ... waiting for Christmas ... times a thousand.
Mrs. Cartman: Eric, you're just going to have to be patient.
[She grabs him and drags him away.]
Cartman: No! Nooooo!
Great episode (and the first one I have actually seen).
