It's a great Space Hulk-clone, originally it was in fact called Space Hulk, had all the appropriate W40k sprites etc, but then, the moment the game reached 1.0 GW told'em to sod off and that they would only be allowed to release it if they got permission from THQ -and- GW, they tried to do so for must be over 6 months now, eventually they realized that GW weren't going to let'em release the game, even though it's freeware, so they replaced everything mentioning W40k etc, made new sprites etc, and finally released the game today.

Good news though, it's extremely moddable, so someone will without a doubt make a mod that adds back the Space Hulk-theme so to speak.

Anyway, go download it now! FOR THE EMPEROR!

Read about this a year ago and they said they canceled the project.

Glad to see they finally released it, wasted many a night playing the original Space Hulk on DOS.

I thought this thread was going to be about the Hulk in space; as in, a Planet Hulk game. Disappointment.

The alpha version of this was released a while ago, with the 40K sprites still in tact and it was pretty awesome back then but got hard very quickly. I used to play Space Hulk a fair bit and I never remember it being that difficult.

But still, shame to see the Space Hulk theme removed...
