Just watched some screens and vids about this game, must say looks totally awesome. But what do you think of it. I was planning to get it for Gamecube, also is there any other GC game similar to this, sword fighting game.

This is the second game my brother worked on (after Rome: Total War) He did the main character model and skin, other models and skins, box art (and the Rome box art), and helped with the maps. One level he modelled and textured completely on his own.

So everyone go out and buy it!

It's good, solid fun :)

I take it you like making threads about the first thing that pops into your head?

I wanted to play this game a long time ago when I first saw the videos, just too lazy to go out and rent it now.

Cool, must rock to have a brother as a game dev.

I played it on the PS2, and frankly it sucked ass.

Not really, the game just poped into my head so i downloaded some trailers and it looks good but i wanted to hear if anyone here had played it and had any thoughts. Now if i made threads whenever something poped into my head, is there anything wrong with that ?

Better to ask and answer much instead of nothing at all :)

It is pretty neat :) While Rome was being made he was given a free reign with much of the art work - he'd come home from the library with books on gaelic tattoos, Roman weapons etc, and work out what looked best. My dad's always been well into this stuff, so everyone was pretty excited :) We also get copies of the games he works on for 7 quid, which is nice.

CA kicks all flavours of ass. All the TW games have been crazy good, and I expect the same out of this one as well.

And for all you people who left a Barbarian Invasion thread uncreated should hang your heads (or preferably yourselves) in shame.
