Spawning CS weapons in HL2 Substance?

Simple and specific question. (Or maybe not so simple...) How can I spawn Counterstrike weapons in the HL2 Substance Mod? GarrysMod can do it for regular HL2. Yes, I have looked through the Super Happy NPC Spawning Guide, and no, it's not in there. I get the feeling I'd have to make a mod for this or something.

(Yes, maybe this should go in the Modification forum, but I didn't know whether or not this required a modification at all. So...mods, be nice.)

To be able to spawn counter strike weapons in HL2 you need to have them in the dll code. If the mod doesn't have them in the code you better forget it.
You need to have the source code and then add the weapons code and recompile the dlls. This is not a begginer's job!
