I don't really care anymore until this game is out, I hate how hyped this is for how early it apparently is in it's dev cycle.

I cant get hyped about this game. Its a sim and sims to me are meh no matter how over the top and revolutionary. Ill still be getting it and giving it a real try, but i dont expect playing it more then 20 hours.

Agreed. Call me a cynic, but I think Spore's massive hype exists because it was announced in the middle of a massive dry period for the pc gaming. It became the pcs exclusive big hope. Now StarCraft 2 and various other tasty looking games are on the way and interest in Spore is waning.

(I'll most likely buy it anyways, just to make some stupid looking creaures for a few hours )
