Spray problems

I have a number of sprays downloaded into the correct folder, but I can only see the .vtf ones, I cannot see the .jpeg or .tga ones how do I fix that?

You have to import the TGA/JPG sprays using the Spray Importer in the game. That tool will convert them (sorta) to the VTF file format. If you have the TGA files, you can convert them yourself using the VTEX tool, which can be located with a www.google.com search.
