But the point is you didn't even check CS: Source itself.

take any picture and resize it to 256 by 256 pixels. Then go into cs source beta, hit options and underneath the spray theres a button that says import spray so find the location where you saved it and import it. It will convert it from jpg or bitmap to tga or whatever. Theres a bug you have to exit out of source and start it back up again or you wont be able to join any games or start a server.........Thats the easy way but your sprays will always be in a square with a backround if you go into adobe photoshop 7 and above you can make them transparent hear is the link. You can now. There's an option to import lots of types of images and make a spray image out of them.
