someone know how to import a spray taked from a picture, because he saythat was impossible, the user may it not have the permission or something like that, what i will do?

You have to convert it to a TGA file, if I recall correctly.

Oh, and it mustn't be larger than 256X256, and you have to keep the height and width in a factor of two. (X²)

Example:
128X256 = Good
64X256 = Good
58X256 = Bad
Etc
