Sprays... For CS(the old one)

OK Sprays, for the really old CS, the one older than CZ, i cant seem to make one, i tried and treid, i search this topic, but nothing about it on CS(old one)
mabye tips, mabye you can help me make it? ill post the pic here anyway... please help Arrgh!

I used Half-Life Logo Creator years ago to make mine that I use in all HL Mods. It's just after it makes the .wad file, you need to rename it to tempdecal.wad and put it in the right folder (where the current tempdecal is). Oh, and make it Read Only so it dosent get overwritten when you go into options.
