Sprays

Im trying to make a spray for CS:S and I finished 1 wich I made a 64 by 32 pixels and its a jpg but when I click on import spray and choose it it showes this error message: Source image is not the correct size. Valid hight and with values in pixeles are 256, 128, 64, 32, 16, 8, 4, 2, and 1

But my spray is 64 by 32 so it should work. :angry:

Make it 128x128 and make all the unused stuff transparent.

The aspect ratio must be square, i.e. 128x128, 256x256, etc..., no rectangles or odd shapes.

If you're using Photoshop, just extend the height of the canvass.

That should do the trick, without distorting the image.

did you check the tutorial thats posted here somewhere?
eventhough you don't need all of the things stated in there it worked when i did it

That tutorial is good for the technical side of actually making the spray, but it is inadvisable now to use the tools they provide on that site as they were included in the stolen build of the game.
