While it's a great sounding idea, and looks brilliant, I'm not convinced that the "paper mask" on disguised spies works that well in practice. On several occasions I've found myself near one of my team's spies when enemies are around, and in the heat of the moment had no idea who they were disguised as, which is annoying to say the least.
Of course, I'll shoot at them and back round a corner to lend an air of verisimilitude to their disguise just in case anyone is watching, but not knowing whether they're pretending to be a pyro, a scout, or whatever is distracting.
What do you think?
