heh bzzzt! big muscles != powerful fighter. when arnold was doing those competitions, he looked very strong, and he was, but he wasn't powerful. big size != big power and the ability to take someone down. when they do those competitions, its all for show, there is no functional muscle. arnold wouldn't be able to protect his midsection because his pecks were so big and he would be easily taken down. its basic common sense in pretty much all forms of fighting.
