love story? with who? that wierd harry dude and luke?

No, that was yesterday in my topics...they're history!

Pretty much the same as everyone else: the Thrawn Series (not the real name, but I can't remember what is, its by Timoth Zahn) and The New Jedi Order series.

Hier To The Empire, is the name you're seeking...

yeah i'd recommend the Thrawn series (Heir to the Empre, Dark Force Rising, The Last Command) and the Rogue Squadron books...well, at least the first 4 or 5...they get a bit more bland as you go, imo...but it was hard for me not to read them just for the story...they're quick reads anyway.

if you like timothy zahn after reading his star wars stuff, check out this "conquerors" trilogy...pretty damn good, imo.

my thoughts exactly.

alright, reckon ill be at my local barnes and noble soon.

The Thrawn Crisis,
(Heir To The Empire, DArk Force Rising, The Last Command) = Best books ever.

The Hand of Thrawn
But you have to get the last two Thrawn books to get how really cool Thrawn is.
(Specter of the Past , Vision of the Future)

I , Jedi
Very good book about Corrin Horn's Jedi Training.

Rouge Squadron
God books about Wedge and star fighter combat in general.
(X-Wing: Rogue Squadron, X-Wing: Wedge's Gamble, X-Wing: The Krytos Trap, X-Wing: The Bacta Wars)

There are so many more but this will get you started. (I would loan you some books but if i did that
then i wouldnt have every star wars ever published. :)

The Truce at Bakura... I think it's set immediately after The Battle Of Endor.

Yeah Brian Damage, It starts out the next day after the death star blew up.

And it introduces those weird lizard dudes, doesn't it? The ones that use spirits to power their little drone ships?

Only star wars book I ever read was Called "The Mandalorian Armor" which was part of the bounty hunter wars series, It was pretty good.

Yeah ive got all three of the bounty hunter books. :) Pretty darn good if you ask me. I like Boba Fett

He managed to escape from the Sarlacc, didn't he? Had his own comic at one point, I think...

Yeah he detonated a bomb he had in the sarlacc's belly. :) he was almost killed from the acid juices but has picked up by a dancer chick and another bounty hunter. (The dancer chick turned out to be a rich hottie and took over kaut drive yards. :)

Awesome. He just rocks. Didn't he end up as at least a semi-goodguy? I remember that he revealed a false Sith in the only issue of the comic I ever read...

He works for his own living. The last i read on him he was getting old and thinking of retiring. The sarlacc's stonach acid messed him in more ways than one. He couldn't have children and he didnt think he could clone himself. So far i havnt really heard much about him latly.

You mean he couldn't have children? Poor dude. "Son of Fett" would be neat...

Sorry couldn't have children,
He had a face off with han solo and it ended with a draw. and he dissapeard after that. I heard some rumor that they where going to put him into the New Jedi Ordor books some where but i have all the books in the series and i didnt read anything about him.

Interesting. I think that it'd make a good ending to his personal story to have him make a clone of himself and name it Jango.
