Anyone going to see it??
I have work that day, so I might not be able to see it until Saturday :(
 
I'm not going to see it. It's probably going to be crap. I'll watch it when it's released on cable.

I saw a bit of that, it seemed pretty decent.

That being, fuggers cancelled it after like 3 episodes :(

I recorded all the Clone Wars on Cartoon Network
Then I found out they were releasing the DVDs, so I gave up on the recording lol
 
I'm pretty sure this is going to flop. Even if its not crap, Star Wars is just done. At least in the movie/tv industry. With games, it may still have some life left, but its getting used up fast.
 
There are many Star Wars fans, young and old
So I really don't think it's getting old
I just hope that this is going to turn into a little kid's thing, where all these little kids are going to want all these Star Wars things without actually knowing the whole franchise lol
I heard they're going to do a real time T.V. show (some time after the Clone Wars T.V. show)
And it's going to be some what based off Star Wars Unleashed

I really like Star Wars but I am not going to bother seeing this.
 
The art style is f*cking retarded and they f*cked the lore in the ass even more.(Anakin never f*cking had an apprentice when he was still a Padawan in Ep2, that's not even allowed.)
I will not be seeing it until I randomly stumble across it on TV.
 
the animation looks stiff and sloppy ..not a fan of the artistic direction either
 
Looks shit. Stop the franchise.

For games on the other hands, I wanna see a continuation of the Jedi Knight series.
 
I just stopped while I was reading this thread (All of which I agree with by the way, **** this) and thought "What were they THINKING?" I mean seriously.

Just the only thing was that the movie was aimed for kids
I hated that
But nonetheless it was good
 
George had an excuse for the prequels; hell he even had one for the Clone Wars cartoon series.

But this is bullshit, it's nothing more than milking the cow.

WHY CAN'T THE UNIVERSE BE DEPICTED AS IT SHOULD BE? DARK AND GRUESOME!
 
I'll go see it in the cinema, not like it costs me anything.
3 stars from Empire = should be alright but nothing special. I generally trust them over RT when the two don't agree. Too many up-their-own-ass critics who think everything should be arthouse.

He has an excuse for the continuation of videogames, but when you make a so called "movie", make it kid friendly, animated, in a time where theres already a series and we've already got a book and said series conflicting over what exactly happened before Episode 3, I can only beleive it as just raking in more cash.

I mean,

My friend has to take her 16 year old brother to see it. I feel bad for her, it can't be worth the 7 dollar ticket.
If it gets really good reviews (haha) I'll go see it with my other Star Wars loving buddy.

They're $10 here. I think matinee is $8.50

It should be dark
And they showed nothing about Anakin being dark at all
But I'm a Star Wars fan, and I loved seeing the in betweens
The Clone Wars are amazing and very interesting

Watch the series, or read the book "Labryinth of Evil", they came out before this shit.

I've read Clone Wars books, I even skimmed through that one
"Star Wars Republic Commando" (Not the game lol) is a good bok series
It tells about the war from the clone's point of view
How they feel about it and all
