If it is what it looks like, it's almost as good. Too bad I have no real desire to buy WC3, because this mod just might rock.

There's another 3D StarCraft mod in production. This one is for C&C Generals... and they've even released an early Terran demo version.

Warcraft 3 is the best 3D RTS out at the moment, full stop. behind that is C+C generals probally. Medieval doesnt count coz its not real time

and btw, some starcraft units were actually included in Warcraft 3 anyway. you could only use them in the editor (to put in your maps) apart from a short cut-scene when you complete the game on hard mode, showing a battle between the marines and aliens.

there was only 4 units- a space orc, a marine and 2 types of alien... but with the editor you can change EVERYTHING about a unit, including colour, size attack power etc. There is litterally about 50 things you can change about a unit.

So i went ahead and made 2 armies... space marines and orcs... included buildings too, that churned out 3 different types of unit. quite cool i had builder marines, fighter marines, commander marines and a hero marine etc.

Hmm sorry Warcraft 3 is one of the best RTS games. Along side with Rise Of Nations, Civ 3 Play The World, Ground Control 2 and some other good ones I can't quite remember, becuase I don't own them.
