Static objects not appearing

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm new to the Hammer editor, so it's probably some noob mistake...

Yea alot of people had this problem, you can search the forums there are alot of answers about this.

Hint:

Start Fade Dist: -1
End Fade Dist: 0
