Bittorrent is gonna become a mainstream prog for download sites pretty soon, 3ddownloads arlready uses it and it is great, Valve are thinking of doing this for steam also.

also set your upload speed to about half of what your cap is, if you use unlimited it will make your download speed slow since that will congest your line.
