Hey there!
I am a big HL 2 fan and bought the game(now two weeks ago!), I can't seem to register/validate it even after sending mail to my network administrator and asking him to open the required ports for me(now two weeks ago).
Is there some way that I could get steam to use some more common ports and not the normal ones, I've been reading up on router port forwarding but it seems one needs a router(duuh, I know!) but I just don't have the time and knowledge to struggle with this any longer, please help, someone!
