Steam being a tit

I'm trying to download Prey and every time I do it's all "Steam servers are far too busy to handle your request!", which is pretty annoying since A. There isn't a mass influx of prey downloaders. B. Everything else downloads fine.

What gives? Or am I missing something.

try restarting steam. prey downloads from many servers. there isn't just one dedicated one.

I'm trying Prey too - same issue. Evidently an issue Valve's server end. Pour yourself a drink, sit back and wait/hope/pray it works soon.

the game is about 7 hours playtime just to tell you that. it is a good game,but not worth buying though.

Maybe it's just a bug with the program... Steam'll probably fix it soon.
