Ok, for several weeks I've been mostly playing Fallout 3 and New Vegas. In the last 3 or 4 weeks I have been having a lot of stability issues, with both games crashing several times an hour. Sometimes I could have 3 or 4 crashes in 10 minutes! I just figured it was Fallout doing its norm of being a bit flakey sometimes, or GFWL being arsey as usual.
Last week I started noticing it with other games. Binding of Isaac. TF2. Arkham Asylum. MW3 (when it was free to play last week). Lost Planet. Then I got War for Cybertron in the daily sale and ... booom.... 15 mins of play, CRASH.... exactly the same as the others.
Is there any way of verifying the actual Steam Client, in the same way as you can with individual games when they start bugging out? Should I remove and reinstall Steam? All the games seem to be verifying fine. Or maybe its my ageing computer?
This is driving me mental as some games are becoming unplayable.
