Steam cs:s puchase time????

sorry to waste a thread but exactly when can cs:s and hl2 be bought through steam in the uk????? i read 7pm + 8hrs.....wtf is that??? does it mean we can buy the packages from 3pm gmt????

its 12:10 here in the uk, so package (and more importanly full cs:s) will be up in........6 hrs and 50 mins for the uk.......omg i cant wait that long lol.

steam servers are gonna go ape ****, and i bet some of us will get 'too busy to deal with your request' signs of doom, or downloads that dont work properly...or just dont download/slow due to steam servers working overtime.

wait.. will there be just an unlock or is there another preload for CS:S ? if i remember well there are just the maps ?

i'd hate to miss the massive preload wave and get "too busy blah blah"

lol i dont actually know. there will be a quick update when you buy cs:s, as the rest of it cant be that big. btw what happens to the cs:s beta??? does it get deleted and when???

anyway, it will probably be a download tbh. above was just a guess. some people are bound to get the 'too busy' sign, but most of us shouldnt. thats y steam has just given an update for the hl2 package releases (run steam to see if u havent already).

Steam's been updating Half Life 2 for me right now -1.30PM in the UK. I'm guessing it's the remaining bits and bobs for CS:S (as an ATi voucher holder)
