Steam doesnt start, nobody seems to know how to help me :(

for some reason, i type in my right account details, but nothing happens , just freezes....

ive formatted my pc and everything, ive even turned all my firewalls off. what can i do... i havnt played cs or any steam games for weeks now. :sniper:

i created a new acount and it worked, but cudnt play any games because it didnt accept my cd key which is already being used. arghhh

its like somebody doesnt want me to play games

Woah, now that IS weird... Have you tried Steam Support? Follow the instructions above and you should be able to write them a personal e-mail stating your problem. With my problem, they responded in about a week (pw was stolen, gave 'em my previous pw, my e-mail and my CD-key. Got it back now ^-^)

You have to click on a question, and then click on the 'Ask A Question' tab in upper left corner. You'll then get an official form.
