Steam Down?

Can anyone else join a server? When i try to rrefresh server in any mod, it just times out. But i can log in and when i right click on steam in the taskbar and choose "servers" i can refresh servers normally, but if i try to join one it times out..?

Well it seems like my counter-strike is working, but CZ and CSS dont update servers or allow me to join a server....

go to filters and select all in the secure servers option.
