Now First off why the Fack is this running on steam. i just wanna play the single player ,i couldnt care less about internet
i got this error many times , first time was when i was playing around with the Video QUality of the game and after like 30 second i get this error. other times is when i tried loading a new game.
Error1 Msg=
Sorce - Fatal Error
Connection to Steam Servers Lost.
Could not acquire Necessary game files.
after 2 minute of waiting (i didnt press the OK buttom) it it gives me another Error

Half-Life 2: hl2.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x241f8977" reference memory at "0x00cef5c0". The Memory could not be "read"/
click on the OK to reminate the Program
