Steam Error

Everytime I didn't have any problems with Steam in offline mode.
But now when I want to play in offline mode and click one the button"offline Mode" there comes the message:Steam cannot go on Network.Perhaps you have a internet problem or a Steam network problem.

Why comes this message ?
I didn't have changed anything.

did you get one of the steam updates a few weeks back? it fixed that problem

undefinedundefinedExit Steam, Then Go to this place on your computer C:\valve\steam\ and delete this file ClientRegistry.blob reboot your pc and log on to steam this will cure your problem.
