well i have emailed valve about this but they seem to be very slow on the ball i cannot logon to my account something must be wrong i know the password is right i know the username is right it just wont work i deleted the client registry.blob thing like the steampowered site said well still didnt work i waited a day still not working i was just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem and know how to fix it

No they have other things to do, like go through 1,000's of support tickets before yours. But next time don't forget either password or account name and never give it out to anyone, VALVe will also never email you asking for your password to your account.

Oh yeah, this was that one problem I had a year ago. When I deleted that cleint registry.blob thingy or whatever its called it never worked for me either, and like I said in this one thread I had to wait days before I finally got to play, and it might be the same for you.
