Steam files...

For some reason, some steam files are in my C:\

These are the files:
C:\Steam.dll
C:\SteamUI.dll
C:\dbg.dll
C:\dbghelp.dll
C:\CSERHelper.dll
C:\SteamUI_19
C:\WriteMiniDump
C:\bin
C:\config
C:\Public
C:\resource
C:\skins

Im not sure if these files are in the right place but I already have the same files in my C:\Program Files\Steam

I was wondering if it is safe to delete these files from my C:\

Yes delete 'em. If you're still not sure just send them all to the trash bin and launch steam, if everything works then delete them completely

its a problem I had with earlier installs, they arent required, only the files in your steam directory are.
