Ok, whenever I try to start up a game, for example TF2, half way through the 'Steam is loading Team Fortress 2' it comes up with a warning saying...
'Steam has detected problems with local games files, Steam will now attempt to redownload from Steam Servers'
If I click Ok, the problem persists, if I press cancel the bar goes away, and reappears the next time I try.
Me and AciD have tryed to delete all steam files except Steamapps and Steam.exe, but the problem continues, can someone please help me
EDIT: I should also note that I found out that only Source Games don't work, it may be related to a mod I downloaded the other day, Awakening.
I really need to play on some decent game, 1.5 days of playing TFC is too much for a man to take...
