Steam hardware diagnostics problem

Hey i got a little bit of a weird thing that happens when i play half life 2 episode 1. I play it through steam obviously and a notice comes up saying that my CPU is too slow, it says mine is 1.0GHZ and reccomended is 2.0 GHZ. Well this is weird because my cpu is

AMD Athlon 64 4200+ X2 (2.2GHZ) and as you can see its dual core.

So this is quite strange? could anyone let me know why it says this.

just by pass it. it doesn't stop you from playing the game.
