Steam hardware survey: More than 100 percent are using RDTSC?!

For all the non steam users such as myself, what is RDTSC?

What is RDTSC? If it has something to do with the Processor this is possible, because there are several dual processor machines.

I think it may have something to do with the other settings in that group not being mutually exclusive, but the survey mucks up and counts them as exclusive anyway.

Um you do realise there is a Steam section and that this is the HL2 section and this has nothing to do with HL2 other than it's from the HL2 survey which is more about hardware than HL2.
