Steam Holliday Sale Discussion (The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly)

For the uninitiated, steam has a collection of amazing deals around Christmas time! Many of these deals change every 24 hours. This year, it appears they have a large collection of $5 indie-game packs, as well as tons of other amazing deals. Anyway, the point of this thread is for people to ask about particular games, and whether they're worth buying or not.



To start this discussion..... is oddworld worth buying? The gameplay looks like a lot of fun, but a quick look at the steam forums makes it look like it's so buggy it is unplayable.

P.S. I'm surprised that I'm the first one to start this discussion in "General Gaming."

What's wrong with using the Steam Holiday Sale thread that already exists to discuss it? What did you think it was intended for? Posting pictures of ham? All posts must contain ham? Rehost your ham?
