Steam ID's

I got a question, what is the deal with SteamID's, are they like WON IDs? How do you obtain them? and from what I hear Low Steam ID's are rare.

So Does anyone have one that they are selling?

It's not possible to sell your Steam ID without selling your account details which often causes problems with people doing each other out of games/money etc.

And to be honest, a low Steam ID means nothing.

I think the Steam ID number was basically given out in order of registration. And like Chris said, a low ID doesn't mean anything, this isn't eDonkey/eMule. It just means that they registered their account earlier.

My original WON ID was converted to a Steam ID.

This will be the case for most people so effectively it's even more pointless.
