Steam not logging on...

Ok, I have a friend named Frank, who can no longer get access to his steam account, he didnt recieve any ban email, just a message saying his steam account was being used on multiple IPs, can anyone help and/or know a solution because we are currently working on a machinima so we cant waste time with a new account etc.

Apparently his cousin uses his account as well, but I don't see why his cousin would change his steam account.

I think it did the 'Your steam account is being used in another location', and he just cant get back on, Solution plz...

it should still let you sign on to the account at the same time, he cant play games at the same time as his cousin. screw his cousin and tell him to change his password.

Or, maybe, 'Frank' gave his account to someone who said that they could give him free steam games.
Actually, that just came out of the blue.
Have him call his cousin, tell him to logoff, and retry.
