Steam problem with regis.

hi i have a lot of cd ekys,for cs, ive bought them all, i have hl cdkeys also, but i have one problem, everytime i try to use them it says duplicate, my prbolem is i dont konw which key belongs to which of my accounts with steam, its really frusstraing becaue i dont remember the acoucnts with the passwords? what do you guys think i should do? u think valve will reinburst about 300 dollars?
