Steam Question

Is it possable to "unassociate" games with a steam account? I sort of want to make a new one, so the name fits with the other name I've started using for most of everything, and I really don't feel like buying HL2 and EP1 again.

you would have to email steam support about that. i believe you need to pay 10 bux for you to that. also is there really a huge reason? your login name is never your in game name and you can change your steam community name in your settings.

Nope. Might be possible to change your account's name though, not sure. I hate mine too, it's an email address I haven't used for years.

Unfortunately you can't change your login.

Before steam community I could understand, because you would have to hand out your email for someone to add you to their friends list. But now you can tell someone your community page and have them click 'add to your friends list' from there.
