Steam sale! Are you getting anything?

Well steam is having some discounts on games left and right since 'tis the season. I just bought Shadowgrounds since I liked the demo and $5 off was pretty nice. Are you getting anything?

I'll be getting them after I finish Kotor 1 and 2 again.

i already have everything but i recommend psychonauts for everyone, and shadowgrounds is a good bit of fun

aye, haven't gotten that one. though it takes a while for some of them to pop up, so i expect we'll get it eventually. i've already played it at work so i'm fairly indifferent as to whether it'll show up or not

I might get Red Orchestra or COD2. Is the COD series multiplayer on Steam?

Dark Messiah hasn't popped up either.

True, I don't know how it works as far as deciding what we do and don't get. I think we ought to email Valve about it. I have Dark Messiah on my second non-awesome account (along with RO, HL2 Gold, DOD:S, Darwinia, and a few others)

Samon and I have Press accounts, which essentially means everything is unlocked for free, but 3rd party releases only show up sporadically - we have the Activision titles, the Firaxis titles, the Introversion titles, and a few others, but not Dark Messiah or Prey.

Red Orchestra is superb. Check it out now while it's free. You might not think much of the public servers, but the Iron Crescendo tournament offers excellent cooperative play. IC is free and open to everyone, and after playing in it, I rarely play in public servers any more. They just don't compare.

I'll second that. I haven't played in IC or whatever he's talking about, but Red Orchestra is great fun if you take the time to learn the game.
