Steam Sprays

I have never used a custom spray before. But I am wanting to use one now, and can't seem to do it right. I made a spray and can't get it to work with steam. But l;ke I said I never did it before. Is there a step by step tutorial on how to make and use custom sprays in Steam CS? Or can someone post the steps.

P.S I have Wally, I think I made a spray using it, But I don't really know what I'm doing. :dork:

Thanx for all the replies, but I went to the steam forums and got what I needed.

All I was doing wrong was I didnt make the pldecal.wad a "read only" file.
