I think it's time to upgrade the line, Valve. It's close to maxing out on a 60MB patch. Steam will never survive HL2.

If we had all gotten the speeds we were supposed to, it would have already maxxed out ten-fold. Damn bw limiters. Why do I pay for all this bandwidth, when no servers can fill it up. Except evil fileplanet, of course. Maybe they should throw them gcf's over to fileplanet for those of us who have accounts there. Incidentally, does anyone in europe get good speeds on steam at all?
