Steam stuck on french language setting..

Hey everyone,

I'm experiencing a wierd problem. When I boot up STEAM, everything is in english, but when I click on the "Store" part, it turns to french. i've tried everything. I've reinstalled twice and switch the languages around, etc. Nothing has worked. Whats going on?

Try this;
Go to the site in a browser (www.steampowered.com)and go to the bottom where you see the drop down box, change it to English.
