Steam ticket has expired?

So it seems I am plagued just about every problem I never had. :hmph:

Anyhow, the problem is when I try to play garry's mod and garry's mod only, it doesn't join it just says "Steam ticket has expired" relogin, I type in pass and login, but nothing.
Ive tried
Reinstalling gmod
Scanning for viruses/spyware
Deleting Client Registry
Changing account password

But still no go, any tips?

There is a file in the steam folder, client.blog or something. Deleting it should work(just remember to backup)

It's in the main steam directory, eg C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam

Just restart steam. Usually fixes it.
If not. Log off then log back on.

Ive pretty much done all of this already (That's what I ment by client registry) but no go. *Goes to try to do it again*
