Steam updating this morning...

I looked at my games list this morning and notice that it's decided to Cache TFC, DMClassic, Opposing Force, Ricochet and Condition Zero ALL ON IT'S OWN. I didn't have any of these installed yesterday, now Steam's decided to download them all, whatttttttttttt??

I don't want any of that crap taking up HD space, anyone else get this problem today/yesterday?

Not as far as I know, but I'm not at home atm. If you right click on the game, select properties. It should say "Do not keep this game up to date", if not select it. Once done, right click on the game again and select delete local content

OK, i've selected "Do not keep this game up to date" and deleted all the local content. It's just weird that it would do this randomly after months of having it on my comp...

Someone did it, the only game that would've been preloaded on your pc would be CZ, and thats about it, thats the only game that I've seen get preloaded on a pc without asking the owner.
