Steam's HL2 Gold Items Shipping Time

i bought the HL2Gold via steam and got an confirmation email. it said i'll get another email when the itzems will be ready to ship.

my question is for those who allready bought GOLD, did the items ship yet ? does valve sned out those items yet or not? how long will we have to wait ? i read somewhere(dont know where anymore) that the shipping time is aproximately 3 weeks, is that true?
