Hrmph... It is said that third time is the lucky time, (right, now that sounds wierd in english) but here it goes:

It's basically a flash movie with these stickmen fighting each other... Sounds tame, but it is in fact pretty cool. The link above is the one that I searched for, but there's a bunch of other ones similar on the site too...

ummm, to make a flash, you have to be a really good animator... to make a good one at least. there are no shortcuts, it's just your basic keyframe interpolated animation. Macromedia Flash is available for sale, and perhaps through some seedier channels too.

i have flash (i was given it by a m8) and its really hard to do anything. i used it for an hour or so but i cba to read the 3hour long tutorials, relise i dont understand a word, and read it again.
the videos are so cooooool. playable ones are better.

It takes awhile to get used to and there are tons of features just waiting to be discovered, I find it quite fun, just going on the in-box tutorials/some flash sites/observing alot of Flashes I can make fairly decent animations, not that I'm any good at drawing
